In the spirit of advancing this concept experts drawn from 49 African countries were hosted at the Anhui Academy of Governance for an eight-day seminar that was organized by the Anhui Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. A province known for its vitality in innovation giving priority to three innovative sectors including quantum information, fusion energy and deep space exploration. Additionally, Anhui has abundant ecological resources; the production of grain, cotton and edible oil takes the lead in China.
