The Center for Presidential Studied (CPS) was created to systematize our research and analysis on the history and legacies of the Kenyan presidency.

Collating and curating lessons and practices from the Kenyan presidencies since 1963, the center is emerging as a hub for cutting-edge and innovative research on the Kenya’s Presidential History.

The Center combines research, lectures, conferences, and events on Presidential studies. Together with the Department of History & Archaeology at the University of Nairobi, the center created the Presidential Resource Center, an on-line archive of valuable materials to aide researchers and students studying the Kenyan Presidency.
