The institute generates and shares policy-relevant research and analysis to underpin the search for solutions to Africa’s governance and security challenges to realized peace and shared development.

It works with governments, think tanks, civil societies, sub-regional, regional and international organizations. The Institute’s mission is to conduct in-depth policy research, training and develop capacity and consultancy.
